The Napoleon Police Department is a  two person department. Police Chief is Brian Jangula and he is assisted by officer Gordie LeClair. If the services of the local police department are needed call 701-754-2626 or in an emergency dial 9-1-1. The address is 225 Lake Ave. W. 

The Logan County Sheriff’s Department consists of Sheriff Steve A. Engelhard and Deputy Sheriff Dal Zaske. Their office is located in the Logan County Courthouse and they may be reached by calling 754-2495.
